Built and led a 7-person PMO team from scratch, managing a 200+ person product and engineering organization across 4 portfolio companies. - Business Portfolio Management: Drove end-to-end program management for the MEIPINMEIWU (每平每屋) content commerce ecosystem — an S2D2C platform connecting designers, merchants, and consumers. Supported achievement of supply chain & O2O GMV target of ¥280M and custom furniture GMV target of ¥347M; offline GMV attainment reached 103%, online 102%.
- Platform Scale & Growth: Platform grew to 190K+ merchants on Taobao/Tmall, 2,174 offline enterprise partners, and 409 SaaS-paying businesses by Oct 2022. High-activity user growth rate reached 600%; core business target attainment 106%.
- Engineering Efficiency & Quality: Designed and implemented a value delivery framework with DORA-aligned metrics dashboards. Improved release cadence from 22 days to 10 days, reduced requirement lead time from 12 to 8 days.
