on my BC transcript.

- My teacher, Ms. Coco Wu, issued a Final Report showing my grade as 97%
- The BC transcript currently shows a significantly different grade

This is clearly a recording error on the school's end. I respectfully
request that the school:
1. Investigate the discrepancy
2. Submit a Grade Amendment to the BC Ministry of Education
